Morris is the founder and Managing Partner of Zarif Law Group P.C., where he delivers strategic legal solutions to entrepreneurs, startups, small and mid-sized businesses, and established companies. With a practice based in the vibrant business landscapes of New York and New Jersey, Morris specializes in corporate law, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, securities compliance, and real estate transactions.

Morris’s legal acumen spans a broad spectrum of industries—including life sciences, biotechnology, technology, energy, retail, real estate, and licensing—enabling him to provide tailored advice that aligns with each client’s unique business context. His expertise includes guiding businesses through formation and structuring, managing complex M&A transactions, and handling a wide array of contracts such as NDAs, employment agreements, licensing agreements, and commercial agreements. Simon Michnick serves as an associate to Zarif Law Group P.C., where he advises clients on corporate law and governance, securities compliance, capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general business matters. His practice supports public and private companies, investors, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses across transactional and regulatory matters, including corporate structuring, financing transactions, SEC reporting, board and investor relations, contract negotiation, and strategic corporate matters.

Nicolas Rohacek
Legal Intern
Nick is a Legal Intern at Zarif Law Group P.C., where he supports the firm’s attorneys across a range of corporate, transactional, and business advisory matters. Drawing on his background in business operations, project management, and legal research, Nick assists with due diligence, document review, regulatory analysis, and client-focused initiatives that support the firm’s transactional practice.
Currently a J.D. candidate at the University of Tennessee Winston College of Law, Class of 2027, Nick serves as a Staff Editor for the Tennessee Law Review and has earned recognition on the Dean’s List. Prior to law school, he held leadership roles in marketing and project management, including serving as Director of Marketing at KoolRV Solutions, where he implemented data-driven growth strategies, and as Assistant Project Manager at Avanti Residential, where he oversaw multimillion-dollar property improvement projects.

Nick’s combined experience in business operations and legal studies provides him with a practical, solutions-oriented perspective on client matters. His ability to integrate strategic business insight with sound legal analysis contributes to efficient execution, thoughtful problem-solving, and high-quality client service across the firm’s practice areas.
